MANAGEMENT TEAM

Meet our team with over 100 years of experience in Campus Dining.  Our U Dining management team is here to serve you and to meet your needs every day.  If there is ever anything you need, please feel free to email us, call us or just stop us when you see us, and we will do what we can do to enhance your experience while here in the Caf.

1.Kenny Stratton- Chef and Kitchen Manager:  Kenny has been here at OC for over 30 years and is an OC graduate. Kenny is the one who make the menus, does quality control and heads up all of the special events here (like Fair Night, Halloween Night and many more).  He is dedicated to making the food great and does anything and everything to make your dining a great experience.

2. Lauren Olson - Director of Catering: Lauren has been at OC as the Director of Catering for over 8 years and does a wonderful job taking care of the Catering needs here at OC.  She loves her job and it shows in the way she handles events and takes care of her clients.  We are pleased that she is on our team and if you ever need anything in the way of Catering please let her know.

3. Mike Payne - Director of Operations:  Mike has been in the Food business for over 38 years and in the Campus Dining business for over 25.  Mike is in charge of daily operations and handles just about everything to do with your Dining experience here at OC.  Mike is always around and is the first one to help you out in the Caf if you ever need anything.  He is invaluable to our operation and does a great job for you here at OC.

4. Kurt Hermanson -  President U Dining:  Kurt came to OC soon after he graduated from college in 1982 and has worked here for over 28 years.  Kurt has held many positions at several other campuses, but most of his years have been at OC.  Kurt is an Honorary Alumni of OC and feels like he is a part of the team on campus and continues to find ways to make your Campus Dining experience the best it can be. OC is truly home to him.
